luke & dee's wedding invitations

this is a little bit late, but in October last year I made wedding invitations for my dear friends Luke & Dee. These are some snaps of the finished invites, with little inserts for directions and post wedding bbq. I really enjoyed this project and would love to get my teeth into some more wedding invitations.

these handsome little guys are teddy bears I made for Christmas presents for three friends of mine, all having babies! They are made from old t shirts and then decorated with bots and bobs...I got quite into making them and am thinking about selling some....

This is a piece I made for my step father's birthday recently.
Made of fabric and found objects it was supposed to be a naive and simple reflection on him and his personality.
It measures around 30cm x 40cm.

Tree Trunks

I am a tree hugger! I seem to love trees at the moment...do not ask why! I have no idea...
I think that I find them particularly interesting because of all the shapes and sizes they come in...the hundreds of varieties and names...
The above is my version of trees, ones you can literally hug...soft and cuddly...these are made from old fabric (including old flannel pj's!).

So this is Pouch...my idea of heaven...a place for me to show you what I do and why...a place for you to see what inspires me...(normally people, animals, new places that look old, walks on the beach and so many more things!)
My name is Zoe...I like to make little bits and bobs..from pretty-much anything I find lying around. I think the saying.."one mans trash, is another mans treasure" was written specifically for me...
Pouch is my way of 'venting' my creativity, it keeps me sane and makes me happy...I hope it makes you feel that way too!
